The main gangue minerals are quartz, plagioclase, albite, and muscovite. Figure 2 illustrates the morphology of an LPPO in Hetian County, Xinjiang Autonomous Region . Figure 2 is the microphotograph of albite-spodumene pegmatite in Xinjiang. As can be seen, spodumene, quartz, and albite all have coarse crystalline grain sizes.
